I could hike here every day.
Unfortunately, the pollen count was almost off the charts today, so I had to restrict this to a "quick" hike down to the water, then back again. Now that I know that the park is basically one big circle from the nature center at the top of the hill to the stream and lake at the bottom, I can hike this park without fear of getting turned around. If you're going up, you're getting closer to the parking lot. So simple.
And what a gorgeous day for it, too: sunny but not too hot. We've had an early spring this year, so the trees were almost full-leaved despite it only being early May. Fantastic.
