Hidden Pond Park, West Springfield

I explored a bit more of Hidden Pond park this time. It's still in no sense a large park, but the trails off the pond do wind through pleasant patches of woods extensive enough that you won't hear the dogs that bark incessantly from the next neighborhood over.

Sorry; they just would not stop.

Anyway, due to the time -- late afternoon -- several families were enjoying the park, including one group fishing off a small pier on the pond. A pleasant sight.
