Fred Crabtree Park sits next to an elementary school, so be aware if you're visiting during school hours.

The park has several unmarked dirt paths that wind through moderate woods. I haven't visited this park after significant rain; I expect it'd be fairly muddy.

You could hike with a dog single-file; the trails are almost entirely flat.

There is one Pokémon GO Poké Stop at the park entrance, a short walk from the parking lot.
